Mike was a partner and the Chief Marketing Officer at Grunt Style, one of the largest veteran-owned eCommerce brands in the U.S., where he helped grow the company from $6M to $80M in revenue. He led all eCommerce and marketing efforts, managing a $16M annual budget and a 75-person team. Under his direction, Grunt Style expanded beyond its military roots, secured major retail partnerships with Cabela’s, Bass Pro Shops, and military exchanges, and built brand collaborations with the NFL, UFC, NASCAR, and Netflix.
Mike built that growth by focusing on one thing: customer acquisition. He grew the email list from under 100,000 to more than 2 million subscribers, created campaigns that delivered millions in recurring revenue, launched new sales channels, and implemented systems like Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support scale.
Now, Mike helps small businesses grow by doing what growth requires, getting more customers. As a customer acquisition expert, he builds marketing strategies that reach the right people, generate demand, and drive sales. Nada is an experienced marketer who has worked both in-house and on the agency side with top brands like Morningstar Inc, Follett, Kenneth Cole, Junk Food Clothing, Winston Brand, and Chinese Laundry. Specializing in eCommerce and retention marketing, she has scaled marketing programs that increase revenue and drive long-term growth. Nada knows how to optimize and test campaigns, helping both brick-and-mortar and eCommerce businesses nurture customer relationships. She’s scaled email lists from 150K to 4M, added 2M SMS subscribers, and consistently improved campaign performance.
Nada’s career path also includes 7 years as an adjunct English professor, all while continuing to work in marketing. This experience deepened her understanding of how to communicate effectively and creatively. Nada also ran a custom print solutions business, where she provided local chambers of commerce and small businesses with all the print and digital assets needed for their marketing efforts, gaining valuable insights into the challenges small business owners face.
Now, Nada uses her entrepreneurial background and marketing expertise to help small businesses build data-driven, retention-focused strategies that lead to sustainable, long-term growth.
